We usually associate Diastasis Recti (see our previous post about Ab separation) with Pregnancy but it happens in Men also! In the video below, you can see this client’s “doming” or “coning” when asked to lift his head. Why does this happen? It can be due to carrying extra weight in the middle or an issue with regulating intra-abdominal pressure.
