Physical Therapy in San Ramon for Knee

Stand 6-8 inches from a wall, with a small ball or towel roll gently squeezed between your knees.

Reach your buttocks back towards the wall as you bend your knees.

Let your torso bend forward slightly to keep your weight over your feet. Bend until you contact the wall with your buttocks.

Don’t let your knees bend past your toes, or bend your knees past 90°.

Squeeze your buttocks and push through the heels as you return to standing. Control the movement in both directions, do not use momentum to complete the exercise.

Hold and repeat as advised by your Ironhorse PT and Pilates Physical Therapist.
