Crab Reach: Screw that hand into the ground, extend your hips (reach them up to the sky), rotate through your Thoracic Spine (upper back) and look at the hand on the ground. I love this move for SO many reasons....especially because ground based movements are so awesome for Shoulder and Core Stability! Happy Friday, and go with the flow!
