This video was taken from our last Core & Pelvic Floor ReBoot Camp a few weeks ago. This lovely lady is about 2 months postpartum and recently had her 3rd baby. This is the 3rd time she’s taken Victoria Liu’s workshop and she’s happy to report that this pregnancy recovery has been the easiest because “THIS time I knew what to do and what to watch out for”.
