How is Your Core and Shoulder? Try These Plank Rolls

Your Core & Shoulders are supposed to be a team and work together. Your shoulders can’t function optimally without the core kicking on 1st. ⠀
Translation: if you wanna do pull ups, push ups, swim, overhead squat or snatch, you have to turn the core ON 1st. This movement is a good test for both! The block is giving Victoria some feedback on her regular front plank. Does the block twist or fall off to one side when you shift onto 1 arm to take the block off? Then she rotates to side plank *turning her shoulders and hips together at the same time as 1 unit. Does Your Spine twist or do your shoulders or hips move 1st, instead of together? Bulletproof Shoulders at CrossFit San Ramon - Monday, May 6 at 7pm

This 60 minute workshop includes self-assessment tests for your shoulder mobility + strength. You'll learn exercises you can immediately use to decrease pain and improve how your shoulders feel when doing overhead activities. If you want to do be able to swim, overhead squat, snatch, or do handstands or pull-ups without pain (and the theraband exercises you got from PT or the internet aren't working), this workshop is for you!
