Kickstand Deadlifts For Your Glutes!
Many people have a hard time doing single deadlifts because they can’t balance on one leg OR they allow their body to rotate so their hips don’t stay level.
Here’s a variation called a kickstand deadlift that lets you focus on getting tension in your hamstrings and glutes without the extra brain work of trying to balance at the same time!
This is a great exercise for runners since running is a single leg sport. Unlike walking, when you run, you never spend time on 2 legs at the same time.
Try this variation and see if you can pick up your back leg and tap it on/off the floor, can you feel the burn in your when you do that!?
