Post Run Stretch & Hip Opener

Do you Stretch after you Run? This is a video of @ironptmom “stretching” or going through some range of motion for her hips, shoulders and upper back after her run this AM. We love stretches that go out of strict planes of movement by adding sidebending and rotation or flexion/extension. The 2nd part is much harder than it looks and is yoga-inspired. You have to balance in a 1/2 lunge while rotating and reaching the arm up to the sky. it’s an awesome hip opener or non-traditional hip flexor stretch.
